- The Treasurer's office will arrange signing of the contract
and collection of the subscriber fee. The annual fee is $300.00,
or if a partial year the fee is prorated. See the chart below:

- Subscribers can request a "Login" when filling out
the contract. The bottom of the contract includes specific information
about the user. Please complete this section of the contract
and indicate your preferred login, in the "login assigned"
area of the form. The "Login" must follow the below
criteria. If the subscriber does not fill in a "Login",
then Information Systems will assign one.
- Login must be a minimum of 4 characters, and a maximum
of 10 characters.
- Login must start with an alpha character, but may contain
alpha and numeric characters after that.
- Sheboygan County will notify the subscriber, using the email
address specified on the contract, when the account has been
open and the password information assigned to the login.
