SUMMARY of RESPONSIBILITIES: The Real Property Listing Office maintains accurate records of: Property Ownership Parcel Descriptions Mailing Addresses of Ownership Assessments Parcel Maps Tax Rates Tax Rolls Tax Bills for all parcels of land in Sheboygan County, consisting of 15 Towns, 10 Villages, and 2 of the 3 Cities. The City of Sheboygan maintains all of the above information for parcels within its City limits. The information for City of Sheboygan parcels can be obtained at the City Assessor's Office, 828 Center Avenue, Sheboygan.
