MISSION STATEMENT: The mission of the Finance Department is to effectively and efficiently safeguard and account for the County¹s resources, to provide financial based services that offer all County departments the ability to deliver their programs and offer financial support to the organization and community.

FAQ'S Q: How does my Company get the opportunity to do business with Sheboygan County? A: While a formal "Bidders List" is currently in the development stage, it does not exist as yet. If you would like to be added to the list, please notify the Purchasing Agent. Q: What is the policy regarding the use of "local " Vendors, in an effort to keep tax dollars within the County? A: While emphasis is placed on using local vendors, the laws governing competitive sealed bidding are very clear, and are adhered to very strictly. Q: Where are requests for bid and requests for Proposals found? A: Per State Law, Requests for Bid and Requests for Proposal are published two times in the official County newspaper-The Plymouth Review. Q. Where can specifications for such projects be obtained? A: Specifications can be obtained from The Purchasing Agent or the County Clerk.
