	Old Plank Road Recreation Trail

This popular, 17 mile, American Planning Association award-winning trail accommodates bicyclists, runners, walkers, in-line skaters, horseback riders, moped users, nordic skiers, and snowmobilers on 10 feet of asphalt and 8 feet of turf. The Trail parallels State Highway 23 from Sheboygan , past the unique Village of Kohler, Sheboygan Falls, Plymouth, and onto historic Greenbush, linking with the Ice Age Trail in the magnificent Kettle Moraine State Forest. Old Plank Road Trail Map Sites & Settlements along the Trail (Points of Interest)     Motorized vehicles are prohibited on the trail with the following exceptions: Snowmobiles and snowmobile trail groomers are permitted when the County public snowmobile trails are open. Mopeds with an engine size of 50 cubic centimeters or less, battery operated scooters, and motorized bicycles are permitted at all times. Vehicles authorized by the County Planning Department for trail maintenance.
