Driveway -A permit is needed to install a driveway on a County road. O. Box 28080 Green Bay, WI 54324-0080 Utility -A permit to construct, maintain or repair utilities within highway right of way is required. Utility Right of Way Permit Application is available online or can be obtained at Highway Department 1211 North 23rd Street Sheboygan, WI 53081 or by calling (920) 459-3822 This permit must be approved by the Highway Commissioner before commencing any right of way work.
