SUMMARY of RESPONSIBILITIES: The Human Resources Department is responsible for providing the County with a comprehensive personnel program for all Sheboygan County Employees. Included in this program is: Employee recruitment and selection procedures Affirmative action Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Employee benefit and insurance administration Employee records Employee safety programs Labor relations Wage and salary administration Family & Medical Leave both State and Federal provisions Job Descriptions, analysis and evaluation Section 125 Administration Unemployment Compensation Administration Workers Compensation Administration Return to Work and Light Duty Programs
