Additional free community H1N1 vaccine clinics scheduled
The Division of Public Health has H1N1 vaccine available FREE OF CHARGE to all individuals 6 months and older. Please attend one of our community clinics and get vaccinated. This new influenza virus has been estimated by the US Department of Health and Human Services to have infected 47 million Americans, hospitalized 200,000 and caused nearly 10,000 deaths most of which were children and non-elderly adults.
Take this window of opportunity to vaccinate your loved ones before a projected third wave of disease hits the community. This is a very safe vaccine that was manufactured the same way as millions of doses of seasonal flu vaccine. Vaccination is your best defense against H1N1 influenza.
Please participate or share this message with someone who has not yet taken advantage of this FREE service. We have many H1N1 Vaccination Walk-In Clinics scheduled at the Division of Public Health inside the Health and Human Services Building, located at 1011 N. 8th Street in Sheboygan. Please access the schedule of clinics facilitated by the Division of Public Health through the link on this page.
To find vaccine throughout the area at pharmacies and clinics, for a nominal fee, or to see Division of Public Health free clinic information you can also check www.wisconsinfluclinic.info or call 2-1-1.
