Walk-Ins Welcome
The Division of Public Health has H1N1 vaccine available FREE OF CHARGE to all individuals 6 months and older. No appointments are necessary.
Please stop by the Division of Public Health located inside the Health and Human Services Building at 1011 N. 8th Street in Sheboygan between the hours of 8:00 and 11:30 AM or 1:00 to 4:00 PM Mondays through Fridays to be vaccinated.
Parental consent is needed for those under 18 and they should be accompanied by an adult. Children under 10 need two doses separated by at least one month. Please do not plan on being vaccinated if you have a fever of 100 degrees or greater, simply come in after the fever has resolved.
